Braised New Zealand red deer served with chorizo and sweet potato hash and roasted broccoli.
Layers of ground beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cheese, and brown gravy. Baked in a casserole dish and finished with grilled asparagus.
Blackened and topped with a red onion marmalade. Served with choice of side and vegetable of the day.
